There will be no exceptions to any policy or refunds of any kind unless there was a mistake made on my behalf. VERIFIED VENDORS: ✨All transactions are non refundable. Any attempts to conduct a chargeback will result in criminal charges. After you have purchased your verified vendors, you must contact Wyshell via email at wyshell.garrett@yahoo.com to select vendor type. After you have made contact with Wyshell for your desired vendors. Your email copy will be sent within 24 hours. Only 1 email will be sent so please make sure you give the correct email that you have total access to. If you give an invalid email another one will not be sent and you cannot get a refund. If you purchase the Rags to Riches Vendor/Business Handbook it will be sent via email IMMEDIATELY. Same rules apply. If you desire to purchase with AFTERPAY, SEZZLE, ZIP, KLANA or AFFIRM please contact Wyshell at 864-762-7299 for invoice. You can use third party services for purchasing. BOOKING: Booking will be done thru my booking site only. If your desired day & time is not available, please add yourself to the "waitlist" in case of a cancellation. The booking app (Gloss Genius) will contact you directly. I'm not being rude but I'm extremely busy. And I will NO longer answer any calls or text messages during my work hours. Unless you have a scheduled appointment that day. PAYMENT OPTIONS: ✨Cash, Debit Card, Apple Pay, AFTERPAY, and Cash App. There's an additional $3 fee for the usage of any payment method other than cash. GENERAL: ✨ Absolutely NO extra guest allowed in suite. ✨ I do not offer intimate waxing and/or services for anyone under the age 18. You must be 18&up to receive a BRAZILIAN WAX OR VAJACIAL at Envy Me Beauty & Wellness LLC. L ✨ For waxing services, I ask that you please arrive freshly cleaned so that the area is free of any oils, sweat, bacteria, or bodily fluids to ensure comfortability and a thorough & efficient wax service to both of our standards, as well as meeting safety and sanitation requirements. ✨ Menstrual Waxing- yes girl, I can wax you while on your period. Please have on clean tampon. ✨Absolutely NO KIDS ALLOWED in my salon suite unless being serviced. NO BABIES OR PETS. ✨Please be respectful to my suite, and all the other salon suite owners at SALONS BY JC. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated or accepted. I will release you as a client. DEPOSITS: A deposit will be required at booking to secure appointment date & time and will go towards your service amount. Deposit are non-refundable under any circumstance with the only exception being that there was a mistake made on my behalf. Majority of my deposits are only $5. I encourage all clients to book in advance. You can book more than 1 appt. But please book wisely. If you cancel or reschedule your deposit forfeit.  💕 LATE POLICY: There is a 10 minute grace period after scheduled appointment time. Envy Me Beauty & Wellness LLC does not extend service times, issue refunds, or reschedule same day appointments for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, your appointment is canceled and your deposit is forfeited. You must go online to reschedule your appointment with a new deposit. If you have more then 3 late appointments within 90 days, you will be banned from booking for 6months. Please respect my time and my clients time that's coming behind you. Reschedule/Cancellation Policy If you need to RESCHEDULE or CANCEL your appointment. You must do so 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so within the appropriate time frame will results in a 50% fee charged. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE for any CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS regardless of time frame!! 3 cancellations within 90 days will result in you getting BANNED from booking with me for 6months NO SHOW No shows are subject to be charged a fee of 85% of scheduled services and will have to pay 100% of future services at booking. Repeat Offenders Habitual offenders of any stated policy may be subject to having to pay 100% of all future services at time of booking and/or terminated as a client of Envy Me Beauty & Wellness LLC
